We will provide accurate details of
each candidates experience, qualifications skills, knowledge and
attributes in relation to the assignment specifications, based on
the information provided to us by the candidate and their referees.
No responsibilities can be taken for errors and omissions. We accept
no liability, either personal or corporate, for compensation of
any loss, howsoever arising, which a client may suffer from following
a clients decision to employ a candidate.
Employment, in any capacity whatsoever, of a candidate who is introduced
by us to a client or alternatively who is referred to a third party,
within 3 months from the date of introduction, is subject to the
conditions of our standard Terms of Business which will be applied
to the original client.
In addition, where a candidate is employed under Priority Casual
Placement and conditions of employment change to permanent within
a three month period, the initial fee for Priority Casual Placement
is deducted from the total percentage of a Permanent Placement fee.
As employees of our agency all Casual/Temporary employees are covered
under the Allstaff Professionals Workcover insurance policy whilst
on a clients premises. All superannuation requirements are our responsibility.
All remuneration for hours worked will be paid to each employee
by Allstaff Professionals, utilising the correct NSW State/Federal
Awards. |
