No variation to an original quotation is valid unless confirmed in writing by Allstaff Professionals. Hourly rates are adjusted according to changes in State/Federal Awards, clients are notified immediately.

Casual/Temporary personnel are not permitted employment beyond approved period or for an amount in excess of estimated expense unless approved and authorised prior to commencement of overtime by Allstaff Professionals.

INITIAL FEE: An invoice of 1/3 of the expected fee is issued on acceptance of the placement and is due and payable within 7 days from the date of issue.

FINAL FEE: An invoice for the balance of the expected annual remuneration package is issued upon the commencement of employment and is due and payable within 7 days from the date of issue.

CANCELLATION FEE: In the event that an assignment which has been commenced is cancelled or withdrawn by the client for any reason whatsoever, the initial fee is non-refundable.

At the conclusion of each working day a timesheet will be completed by our Temporary/Casual employee which requires a signature from you. An invoice will be issued at the end of each working week for hours worked and payable within 7 days.

An invoice for the expected fee is issued on acceptance of the Casual Priority Placement employee and is due and payable within 7 days from the date of issue.

Where advertising is required, the cost is payable only by Allstaff Professionals. Client confidentiality exists and positions will be listed under Allstaff Professionals unless arranged otherwise.

If our Permanent Placement does not meet your high standards for any reason and all fees have been paid within 7 days of the commencement date of employment and within a 4 week period from the commencement date of employment, Allstaff Professionals will provide a suitable replacement.

There is no replacement guarantee for Priority Casual Placements.

We will provide accurate details of each candidates experience, qualifications skills, knowledge and attributes in relation to the assignment specifications, based on the information provided to us by the candidate and their referees. No responsibilities can be taken for errors and omissions. We accept no liability, either personal or corporate, for compensation of any loss, howsoever arising, which a client may suffer from following a clients decision to employ a candidate.

Employment, in any capacity whatsoever, of a candidate who is introduced by us to a client or alternatively who is referred to a third party, within 3 months from the date of introduction, is subject to the conditions of our standard Terms of Business which will be applied to the original client.

In addition, where a candidate is employed under Priority Casual Placement and conditions of employment change to permanent within a three month period, the initial fee for Priority Casual Placement is deducted from the total percentage of a Permanent Placement fee.

As employees of our agency all Casual/Temporary employees are covered under the Allstaff Professionals Workcover insurance policy whilst on a clients premises. All superannuation requirements are our responsibility.

All remuneration for hours worked will be paid to each employee by Allstaff Professionals, utilising the correct NSW State/Federal Awards.
