Allstaff Reception Service Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00

An 8-1/2 hour per day answering service with an exclusive indial number answered in your business name by an Allstaff Professionals staff member. You can even use this exclusive telephone number for advertising your business contact.

The answer phrase will always be "Good Morning, Company Name, Receptionist Name, How may I help you?"

Our operator will ask your caller for specific information and relay these details at a time designated by you. Where the matter deems to be urgent, and where our client has given a contact number, the information will be relayed immediately.

A maximum of 6 pieces of information will be recorded:

  1. Time and date of call
  2. Name of caller
  3. Callers address
  4. Callers contact number
  5. After hours contact number
  6. Short message
